It provides you with an over­view of how EU Mem­ber States have imple­men­ted this dir­ect­ive. Most import­antly, the European Com­mis­sion does not expect that the admin­is­trat­ive oblig­a­tions will be reduced soon whilst the new European Labour Author­ity will launch its inspec­tion oper­a­tions in Octo­ber.
