HVG Law achieves sev­enth place in the Dutch M&A league tables Leg­al Advis­ory Firms with twelve deals in the first quarter of 2022 with a deal value of 436 mil­lion euros.

Com­pared to the first quarter of 2021 that is a jump in the league tables of no less than 13 spots.

This strong per­form­ance is the res­ult of advising our cli­ents on a sig­ni­fic­ant num­ber of com­plex trans­ac­tions in a wide range of sec­tors.
