Joram is a member of the expertise Corporate M&A. He focusses on mergers, acquisitions, private equity, governance matters, joint ventures and restructurings. 

Expertise

Joram has ample experience in executing, managing and designing both private equity transactions and strategic M&A transactions. In the private equity sector Joram worked with multiple private equity firms including H2 Equity Partners, Torqx Capital Partners, Capital A, IK Investment Partners, Parcom Capital and Synergia Capital Partners.

Joram has a sector focus on agrifood, healthcare and temporary employment and sourcing.

Additional information

Joram obtained his LL.M. degree from Leiden University in 2010 with a special focus on corporate law. In addition Joram attended UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, USA.

Prior to joining HVG Law in 2019, Joram had practiced law with the M&A department of Houthoff in their Rotterdam and New York offices for over 8 years.

Joram was admitted to the bar in 2011 and is a member of AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats).
