Background
Laila started as a partner at HVG Law in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in labor and employment law. She worked at several leading law firms, as well as in the corporate world. Before becoming a lawyer, Laila worked at one of the Big Four firms as a tax consultant specialized in international mobility.
Expertise
Laila specializes in employment law and pension law. She advises companies mainly in relation to matters concerning corporate employment law, employee participation law, flexibel employment relations and pension law. In that context, she is regularly involved in mergers and acquisitions. Laila’s expertise is the employer-employee relationship in the broadest sense. She focuses on individual and collective labor law, and she is often engaged to assist with complex employee participation programs, management agreements and company transfers.
