Levi joined HVG Law in 2024 within the Corporate M&A expertise. He advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and various corporate law issues.

He specializes in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial agreements, due diligence investigations, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance.

Additional information

Levi graduated from the Radboud University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in corporate law.

He also spent a semester abroad at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
