Background
Michelle is part of the Financial Services Regulatory team. She specializes in advising and assisting companies in the financial sector that are subject to financial supervision legislation. Before joining HVG Law, she worked at Finway and PwC in the Financial Services Regulatory teams. Prior to that, she practiced as a lawyer for four years in corporate and insolvency law and acted as a bankruptcy trustee.

Michelle advises and supports companies in the financial sector in implementing new laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. She assists with license applications for regulated activities, conducts gap and impact analyses of both new and existing regulations, and develops and reviews implementation plans, internal procedures, and policy documents.
