Background

Nawid has joined HVG Law since April 2025. Nawid also worked at HVG Law in the past (from October 2022 up until February 2024).

Expertise

Nawid has experience advising on commercial disputes arising out of a variety of agreements, including joint venture, shareholder, post-M&A, licensing, distribution and construction agreements.

Additionally, he counsels on matters of corporate governance, such as disputes about contractual and statutory obligations of shareholders and board members and distressed intracompany relations.

Additional information

Nawid obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Law from Tilburg University in August 2022.

Nawid is a member of ‘de Vereniging Jonge Procesadvocaten’ and ‘Vereniging Corporate Litigation’.
