Romy joined HVG Law in 2021 within the Corporate M&A expertise. She advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and various corporate law issues.

She specializes in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial agreements, due diligence investigations, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance.

Additional information

Romy studied Law & Management at the Radboud University Nijmegen. She obtained a master’s degree in Strategic Management in 2020 and a master’s degree in Dutch Corporate Law cum laude in 2021. She also spent a semester abroad studying at the Law Faculty of the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain.

Romy was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2021.
