Willemijn advises (inter)national institutional investors, financiers, housing associations, area and property developers and family (investment) companies on real estate transactions, joint ventures, area redevelopments and structuring of (multi-functional) building complexes. Her activities consist of negotiating, and guiding real estate transactions, conducting the legal due diligence investigation, and taking care of the necessary (contract) documentation.

Willemijn is currently following the project development course at the Neprom institute. She completed the legal specialization course Grotius Real Estate (2012), and has completed multiple courses at the Amsterdam school of Real Estate (2017 and 2018).
