Incident handling and reporting

Incidents which occur within a pension fund or within an outsourcing party of the pension fund must be reported to the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) and, in case of a data breach, to the Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). AP (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Pension funds are required to have a policy in place regarding the procedures and measures for the handling and reporting of such incidents.
