Assessing and implementing a (new) governance model

The governance and the roles and responsibilities of the board and internal supervision and representative bodies of pension funds have been important topics for pension funds for years. The governance of pension funds was further strengthened with effect from 1 July 2014 through the Pension Fund Governance Reinforcement Act. Five governance models were introduced with this law. We can provide advice on these governance models and assist pension funds by assessing and implementating of a (new) governance model. Recently we provided various trainings and education courses on governance and governance models.
