Regulatory issues

Supervision is exercised by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) and by the Authority for Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten). Our team has extensive experience with advising pension funds on supervisory issues with the Dutch supervisory authorities, varying from assistance with fitness assessments of board members to license applications or enforcement measures.

Our recent work includes :

• Advising on enforcement actions from Dutch supervisory authorities;
• Applying for an APF license and assisting with fitness assessments.
