HVG Law advised the shareholders of Agro Polen B.V. on the sale of all shares to Detz Sp. z o.o. Agro Polen B.V. and its subsidiaries operate a farm growing various crops and a dairy operation in Poland.

Since the early 90’s Agro Polen has steadily expanded and improved its operations. With the backing of a group of Dutch investors, Agro Polen has increased the number of crops grown by it and expanded and modernised the dairy operation consequently increasing production as well as animal welfare.
