Cape Investment Partners, an independent private equity investor, acquired a majority stake in Vitadent. Vitadent is a pioneer in providing ambulatory dental care in healthcare institutions in the Netherlands.

With Cape Investment Partners as an additional shareholder, Vitadent will start accelerating the roll out of its platform. The company aims to further grow its unique market position in the expanding health market for senior citizens.
