HVG Law, together with EY SaT, had the pleasure of advising Flynth on the acquisition of the Astrium Group. With approximately 70 employees, the Astrium group is mainly active in the audit and assurance practice for the educational, the municipal and local government-sectors. Flynth, who as a result of this acquisition belong to the top 5 of Dutch accountancy firms in aforementioned sectors, aims with this acquisition to continuate the growth in their audit practice and subsequently to enter into new business sectors.
