Amsterdam-based vertical farming company Growy has acquired all of the assets, IP, and the core team of Kalera International, formerly known as &Ever.
The acquisition adds the fully operational automated farm in Kuwait as well as the new farm in Singapore to Growy’s portfolio.
Growy is a pioneer in the next level of farming. The Dutch company builds and operates highly automated, energy-efficient, and sustainable indoor vertical farms. The transaction allows Growy to further build its unique technology stack, gain global reach, and form a strong management team with deep technical and commercial expertise at a global scale.
