HVG Law and EY Tax have advised the shareholders of Nebu Transport Services, an international transport and mobility services provider, on its succesful acquisition by Egis, through its subsidiary Easytrip Transport Services.

With this acquisition, Egis reinforces its position as the market leader in the VAT and Excise refund for the European Heavy Good Vehicles (HGVs) market, focusing on the Benelux essential transport and logistics cluster.

Transaction support and tax advise was provided as well as transaction legal advice services to the shareholders of Nebu Transport Services.
