EY Law UK and HVG Law advised Specialist Computer Centres Plc (SCC), an IT-company specialised in technology solutions and services, on its acquisition of all shares in Resonate-UCC Holdings Ltd (Resonate).

Resonate provides cloud voice and collaboration services based on Microsoft Teams, including through its subsidiary in the Netherlands.

Employing 150 people across Europe and India, Resonate was founded in 2015 and has steadily grown 25% y/y by helping large organisations implement and manage complex communication environments.
