HVG Law advised Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland on the agreement to acquire all shares in DSM Pension Services B.V., a full service pension administration organisation. DPS provides asset management, pension administration, and fiduciary and consultancy services.

The acquisition of DSM Pension Services B.V. is a strategic decision by Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland to integrate the services and be able to maintain a cost-efficient organisation. Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland is an independent administrator of the collective pension schemes of 16 companies. HVG Law advised Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland on all legal aspects regarding the transaction.
