HVG Law advised Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland on the acquisition of DSM Pension Services B.V.

Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland and DSM B.V. signed a conditional share purchase agreement on 13 July 2023. The transaction was completed on 1 December 2023.

The rationale behind the acquisition was for PDN to secure the high-quality service of DPS and its personnel going forward.

Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland was established to serve as DSM’s pension fund in the Netherlands, but over the years, has evolved into independently managing the collective pension schemes of 16 companies and serving 27,000 members.

DSM Pension Services B.V. is an independent and autonomous pension administrator, managing around €12 billion in assets and performing pension administration for around 45,000 participants.
