HVG Law advised Theo Pouw Group, part of the family business led by entrepreneur Theo Pouw, in the sale of CTU Rivierenland B.V. to Van Berkel Logistic Investments B.V.

On 29 November 2024, Theo Pouw Group transferred all shares in CTU Rivierenland B.V. to Van Berkel Logistic Investments B.V.

CTU Rivierenland B.V. is a leading logistics service provider specialized in container transshipment. The company is based in Tiel and serves as an important link in the logistics chain for the Rivierenland region and beyond.

The terminal will continue under the name Inland Terminal Tiel. With this acquisition, Van Berkel Logistic Investments B.V. strengthens its position in the logistics sector.
