HVG Law and EY Tax assisted the sellers with the sale of Van Vulpen group to Mentha Capital and the participation by management.

Van Vulpen is a leading and innovative contractor for the installation and adjustment of various sorts of networks that are used for the transport and distribution of water, electricity, data and gas. Van Vulpen specialises in horizontal directional drilling through which it is possible to lay underground cables and pipes over large distances with a minimal disturbance of the surroundings.

Mentha Capital is an independent private equity firm that invests in established, profitable companies that show a clear potential for further growth through organic growth, expansion in new markets and/or acquisitions. Mentha Capital currently has 15 active participations in companies that are active in various markets.

Through the collaboration Van Vulpen and Mentha Capital expect to ensure the further development of Van Vulpen and to continue the growth of the Van Vulpen group.
