The LVO Group is a French freight forwarder incorporated in 1932. With this acquisition, the LVO Group accelerates its development strategy and establishes itself in the Netherlands, a key country in European logistics.

EMQ forms a gateway to Europe with its three locations at Schiphol, and in Tilburg and Rotterdam. EMQ is specialized in general cargo and will be able to leverage on the LVO Group’s locations in Asia to increase volumes and create synergies. EMQ’s experience in rail transport on the other hand enables the LVO Group to benefit from available rail networks and know-how and reduce CO2 emissions in line with the LVO Group’s targets.
