In 2018, HVG Law advised Office Centre on the acquisition of the Dutch retail stores and part of the online activities of Staples in the Netherlands. At the same time, Office Centre stated their intention to further grow their business.

Today Office Centre took a first step in achieving that ambition with the announcement of the successful acquisition of Staples’ German subsidiary, which is active in the retail and online office supply business in Germany.
