HVG Law has advised ASWA Keukens on the acquisition of all shares in the Intermat Group

Transaction

ASWA Keukens and Intermat were both founded in 1977 and are active in the kitchen industry. By means of this acquisition, ASWA Keukens, with branches in Helmond, Uden, Dordrecht and Hilversum, is expanding to nine locations in the Netherlands. Intermat will continue to operate under its own name from Mijdrecht, Alphen aan den Rijn, Amstelveen and Amsterdam.
