HVG Law and EY M&A advised Firion on the successful sale of Geesinknorba Group to investor Globitas. Geesinknorba Group is a leading European manufacturer of waste management solutions.

Geesinknorba Group is active in approximately 40 countries and is headquartered in Emmeloord, the Netherlands, where it engineers and manufactures waste collection vehicles.

After more than 20 years the company is back to its roots and will be 100% Dutch owned again. A group of entrepreneurs, management and investor Globitas bought the Geesinknorba Group from Firion, an international environmental firm.
