Background

Laura joined HVG Law in the Finance team in December 2024. This team advises clients on financing transactions and the establishment and enforcement of Dutch securities.

Expertise

Laura’s experience includes:

• Assisting on national and international clients in drafting and negotiating various financing and security documentation, particularly on the borrowers-side;
• Advising on and drafting intra-group financing documentation;
• Drafting relevant resolutions and legal opinions letters; and
• Performing due diligence within the Finance expertise.

Additional information

Laura graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2023 with a master’s degree in Private Law. Previously, she studied at Erasmus University (bachelor’s degree in Law and master’s degree in Financial Law).
