Recent bankruptcy reports
The court regularly appoints our lawyers as receivers or administrators in bankruptcies and suspensions of payment. Our lawyers are also available to act as restructuring expert in a Dutch scheme of arrangement (WHOA procedure).
Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act, regular public reports must be drawn up to inform the investigating judge, the creditors and other interested parties.
