HVG Law advised the Samskip Group on the sale of the cold store business in Rotterdam to Lineage Logistics

Transaction

Frigocare Rotterdam B.V. and Festing Coldstores B.V. operate a leading cold store in the port of Rotterdam, specialized mainly in meat products and seafood. Frigocare Rotterdam B.V. and Festing Coldstores B.V. also offer other services such as palletising, repacking, sorting, cross-docking and logistics. Lineage previously acquired UTI and Kloosterboer Group.

With this deal, the Samskip Group sells both entities Frigocare Rotterdam B.V. and Festing Coldstores B.V. to the American Lineage Logistics, which operates a worldwide network of cold stores.
