Transaction

Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling, based in Oss, is active in the central and southern Netherlands as a developer and builder of homes, active in utility construction (including offices and businesses), renovation and maintenance and management.

Ariëns – Partner in Vastgoedonderhoud, based in Nijmegen, has been taking care of building maintenance for corporations, care institutions and educational establishments since 1985.
