Our services include helping you in the contracting stage, e.g. with building agreements (UAV, UAV-GC), turnkey purchase agreements and consultancy agreements. If a dispute arises during construction, for example about upward/downward contract variation, risk distribution, delays or defects, we will map out your legal position for you and provide advice on how to settle such disputes successfully.

If necessary, we will assist you in judicial proceedings, or in arbitration proceedings, for example before the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry or the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
