We have the pleas­ure to invite you to the 6th annu­al ship­ping sem­in­ar organ­ized by HVG Law and EY Tax on Thursday 5 Novem­ber 2020 from 14:00 to 16:00 CET.

This year we will host the sem­in­ar as an online sem­in­ar due to the coronavir­us.

The theme of the sem­in­ar will be “Nav­ig­at­ing the Crisis”.  Sim­il­ar to pre­vi­ous years, the inter­act­ive sem­in­ar will offer insight into spe­cif­ic tax and law devel­op­ments affect­ing the ship­ping sec­tor.

CPE/PE Cred­its

NBA mem­bers will receive PE cred­its for attend­ing this sem­in­ar.  For mem­bers of the Dutch Asso­ci­ation of Tax Advisors (NOB) and Register Tax Advisers (RB), we are of the view that the sem­in­ar meets the min­im­um require­ments of the PE require­ments and, as such, mem­bers should receive PE cred­its for attend­ing the sem­in­ar.  This will be form­ally reviewed after the sem­in­ar by the Dutch Asso­ci­ation of Tax Advisors and the Register Tax Advisers.
