HVG Law advised Duell Bike-Center Group, the largest Scandinavian distributor for motorcycle parts and garments, with its acquisition of the Dutch distributor IGM Trading BV and the associated German Grand Canyon Bikewear GmbH.

Duell, a portfolio company of private equity fund Sponsor Capital, is consequently continuing its strong expansion course into Central and Southern Europe, which began in 2019. With the acquisition, Duell now has another strategically important logistics center, which further optimises fast and efficient delivery of its dealer network outside Scandinavia. With the acquisition Duell also enters Germany, one of the largest European markets for motorcycle sport, and is going to be able to directly supply to a network of over 500 dealers with a range of around 200 brands and over 130,000 parts.
