HVG Law has advised the Galan Group on the sale of its consultancy business to Cohedron, a business services provider that has been part of House of HR since mid-2021. House of HR is rapidly growing within Europe, operating via a buy-and-build strategy. Cohedron is funded by Bain Capital.

Galan Groep has been active in the Dutch organizational consultancy market since 1979. The firm has grown substantially, thanks to its expertise in strategic advice and the implementation of management issues. Galan Groep also offers services aimed at interim management and executive search.
Galan Group has recently been able to expand its services and expertise with two labels. Three years ago, HR consultancy boutique Bright & Company was acquired (focus on people strategy, organizational transformation and HR effectiveness) and two years before that, GalanNXT was set up.
